So much goes in to whole house cleanouts and property cleanouts and Hocus Pocus has you covered. A property trash out job is considered a full cleanout when the cupboards are full, refrigerator packed, clothes hanging in the closets, and furniture present. Basically a whole staged house with all the curtains and wall decor.  We approach these jobs on a case by case basis as everyone’s situations unique. Ultimately, we provide you with as many or as little services as necessary.

Below is a brief synopsis of service. What we do and don’t do is up to you. The list changes on a customer by customer basis as our services are tailored to your specific needs:

• These types of jobs require an onsite estimate. Any company who tries to spitball a price over the phone is talking garbage. Nobody has a crystal ball and knows what’s in a house until they’re on site. You calling around asking for prices over the phone is a waste of your time. Let us come out and give you a locked in price. 
• When the crew arrives to give you the estimate, we are extremely thoughtful and courteous to your situation. We’ll offer helpful tips and do anything we can to put you at ease and accommodate you.
• We’ll come up with a guaranteed price that will not change no matter what and we’ll beat any written estimate by at least 10%
• At this time, we’ll schedule a time and day to come back and do the job. In SOME cases, the crew can begin work on the day of the estimate.
• We always call / text when we leave and then again when we’re 15 min out. No one likes surprise knocks. We sure don’t. 
• Upon arrival, they’ll go over job details, time frames, and then begin to systematically work their way through the property and house bagging cupboards, closets, clothing, food, everything.
• While bagging, the team will be vigilant on what can and can’t be donated, what’s recyclable, and what’s garbage. 
• During removal, we’ll be sure to set aside any items you want to keep. We will never accidentally take something you want to keep, we’re very meticulous.
• After the above steps are done, we begin to load up unwanted furniture and appliances. 
• Once those large items are out of the house, we will do the nitty gritty of removing blinds, curtains, rods, wall decor, and ripping up carpet if need be.
• Depending on your property layout, we’ll start on the main level, then upper, and finally the lower. Lastly working our way to any shed or garage on the property.
• Hocus Pocus can truly handle ANY size job. We have multiple trucks in our fleet which are the biggest in the state. Jobs are priced based on the size and scope of work to be completed. Always ensuring we give you what you want.
