These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hocus Pocus Junk Removal website and any junk removal, cleanout, or demolition services booked through it. By using this site or booking a job with us, you agree to these Terms.

Booking & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information, photos, or descriptions you provide before a crew arrives. Final pricing reflects the actual volume and type of items removed and is confirmed with you on-site before any work begins. Prices are quoted in USD and do not include items outside our standard scope (see Excluded Items below).

Scheduling & Access

You’re responsible for providing our crew reasonable access to the items being removed. If a scheduled appointment needs to change, we ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer that time slot to another customer.

Excluded Items

We do not accept hazardous materials, asbestos, or medical/biohazard waste. If prohibited items are discovered during a job, we’ll let you know and may need to leave them behind.

Liability & Insurance

Hocus Pocus Junk Removal is licensed and insured. While our crews take care when working on your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear that occurs during standard access to remove items.

Donations & Recycling

Items in good, usable condition may be donated to local partners, and recyclable materials are sorted and recycled whenever possible. Once items are picked up, they become the property of Hocus Pocus Junk Removal to dispose of, donate, or recycle at our discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
